HEROS NEED A HOME...PLEASE NETWORK

Abandoned puppies were rescued by a compassionate couple, who found homes for two, now desperately need a home for themselves since they must move from their present rental house in one week.

Remember that lovely story in the PD about the couple that rescued the three puppies?

Location:  Compassionate Sonoma County

A few months back, my daughter, her boyfriend and some SRCM friends (SR Community Market) were camping up north at the Salmon River, and as they and their friends were canoeing and kayaking down river to a favorite swimming hole, they heard some yipping, and down the mountain came tumbling three abandoned and left for dead, six-week old puppies. They fished the babies out of the river, brought them back to their campsite, where they fed, brushed and bathed them. There is more to this sad but wonderful story but let it suffice to stay that one of the pups was placed and the other two brothers are now healthy and happy--with one still needing a home...

Now? Welcome to the reality that is housing in Sonoma County regarding renters and their pets. The kids now are one week out from having to move from their rental and have been DESPERATELY seeking a home with a fenced yard for their aging australian shepherd, an outdoor cat, and these two adorable puppies, who are waiting to be placed in a great home.

They are seeking a house anywhere from West County to downtown Santa Rosa, are in the 1200.-1300. range and are willing to pay a reasonable animal deposit (not 4000. as was requested by one landlord). They are both fully employed, have great references and are nice, responsible people. Personally, I am hoping that there are some compassionate animal lover landlords, who believe in good karma and can feel some compassion in their hearts for those willing to rescue animals that have been abandoned and left to die in the wilderness, who will feel something in their hearts and give these kids a break. Thanks. Please contact Jess W @ SR Community Market-5461806. Blessings.
