Tim Danesi, Neighbor

Local historian Tim Danisi is the president of the Rohnert Park Historical Society. The city of Rohnert Park turns 50 years old in 2012, and Danisi has been documenting everything in the city's history, from audio recordings with the "father of Rohnert Park," Paul Golis, to old newspaper clippings. Danisi is currently writing a book about Rohnert Park, commissioned by Arcadia Publishing.

When I told people about starting a historical society for Rohnert Park, most said the city was too young to have a history. Rohnert Park has been around now for over 50 years. How old is old enough?
