City of Rohnert Park Finance Department

<p>In addition to being responsible for the budget, The City of Rohnert Park Finance Department is responsible for conducting an annual report on the city's fiscal health and outlook. </p> <p>In 2009, the department reported that Rohnert Park's economy was in worse condition than in any other year. The unemployment rate hit nearly 10 percent — an all-time high. Since 2006, Sonoma County experienced a 9 percent loss in jobs overall. Rohnert Park reported a budget shortfall of $700,000 in 2009.</p>
