California Dept. of Social Services: Adoptions Services Bureau

This department of the CDSS helps find foster homes for children who have been placed in the custody of the state court system. Generally, these are special needs children put up for adoption as a result of a birth parent having their guardianship terminated by the California courts. The Rohnert Park office facilitates agency adoptions in Lake, Mendocino, Napa and Sonoma counties.
