Local Homeless Get Comfy Donation

Check out our letter to the editor from local realtors.

The Rohnert Park Cotati Chapter of Realtors yesterday donated sixteen sets of new bedding to COTS, or the Committee on the Shelterless, for their transitional housing.

COTS uses their transitional houses in Rohnert Park to offer clean and sober, safe, warm and dry environments for adults and families working through the COTS programs to end their homelessness.

New residents are given a bedroom complete with beds (one twin and one full size) and fresh bedding for their stay that can last up to two years. Warren Theuret, the operations manager for Housing and Family Services, accepted the bedding at the Realtors Thursday morning marketing meeting this week.
