Come try a FREE class and see why so many people enjoy martial arts!

(There are lots of other great schools in our little patch of Sonoma County - and most of them will let you try a free class - just avoid anyone that wants you to sign a long-term contract right away. It's best to try a month or so before you make a big commitment. You need to find the school/teacher/environment that is right for you!  At my school we have no contracts, but offer lots of discounts - family discounts, college student discounts, and military discounts. We even have an assistance program through the City of Rohnert Park - cost should not prevent you from doing martial arts!)
