My school, Martial Arts Academy is at Callinan Sports & Fitness, at 5405 Snyder Lane, on the corner of Snyder and Rohnert Park Expressway.  www.m-a-academy.com (707) 364-6478 sensei.tony.johnson@gmail.com

Come try a FREE class and see why so many people enjoy martial arts!

(There are lots of other great schools in our little patch of Sonoma County - and most of them will let you try a free class - just avoid anyone that wants you to sign a long-term contract right away. It's best to try a month or so before you make a big commitment. You need to find the school/teacher/environment that is right for you!  At my school we have no contracts, but offer lots of discounts - family discounts, college student discounts, and military discounts. We even have an assistance program through the City of Rohnert Park - cost should not prevent you from doing martial arts!)
