6:38 - Smith forces a double play to end the game. Petaluma wins 5-0.

6:37 - Connecticut has two runners on, 1 out.

6:36 - Andrew White is in to pitch.

6:34 - Gago hits the maximum of 85 pitches, forces Biagio Paoletta to ground out. 

6:32 - Ryan Meury doubles for Connecticut to start the inning.

6:27 - Gago doubles in Austin Paretti, who pinch ran for White. Petaluma now up 5-0. Gago looking to finish the game, just three outs away from advancing.

6:23 - Andrew White doubles, on second with one out. 

6:20 - Gago is on cruise control, records his third-straight 1-2-3 inning, Petaluma is three outs away from advancing, now coming up to bat in the fifth up 4-0.

6:13 - Petaluma is retired in order in the bottom of the fourth. Petaluma up 4-0.

6:06 - Gago records another 1-2-3 inning. Heading to bottom fourth, 4-0 Petaluma.

6:01 - Third inning ends on a pop out. Heading to the 4th, Petaluma up 4-0.

5:58 - Paretti steals second, Hance Smith hits a VERY long three-run home run to deep center. Petaluma up 4-0. 

5:56 - Kubel's errant throw on Austin Paretti bunt allows Paretti to reach and Smith to reach first. Two on, on the corners, one out.

5:55 - Bradley Smith strikes out but reaches first on a passed ball. One runner on, one out.

5:55 - Deep drive by Danny Marzo gets to the warning track, but that's it. One out, bottom 3.

5:48 - Gago retires the side 1-2-3, Petaluma coming up in the bottom of the 3rd.

5:44 - Porter Slate hits a single to deep right-center. Logan Douglas pops out to end the inning. End of 2, Petaluma up 1-0.

5:43 - Cole Tomei's groundball scores Gago to give Petaluma a 1-0 lead.

5:42 - James O'Hanlon singles, moves Gago to third. Runners on the corners, one out, bottom of the 2nd.

5:40 - Gago tried to crush a pitch there, reaches on a deep fly ball that can't be handled by Connecticut. He's on second, 1 out.

5:36 - What an insane double play! 1-6-3 on the put outs on a poorly attempted sacrifice bunt by Connecticut. Gazo records a strike out to end the frame.

5:34 - Gago allows a single to start the inning. Marzo tried to tag a runner on a ground ball but ended up throwing the ball into left field. Two runners on, 0 outs.

5:28 - Kempton Brandis strikes out to end the inning. 0-0 after one inning.

5:28 - Marzo lines out, Bradley Smith singles up the middle. Petaluma has two runners on, two outs, top 1.

5:25 - Logan Douglas reaches base with a single. One runner on, one out.

5:19 - Gago gets a strikeout to strand two Connecticut runners on base. Petaluma set to bat in the bottom of the first.

5:16 - Gago allows back to back walks with two outs.

5:10 - First pitch and we're under way! Quinton Gago is on the mound for Petaluma, who is the "home" team.

5:09 - ESPN is announcing lineups. First pitch is coming soon.
