Carol Hince, MSPT, RYT, has studied iREST extensively with Richard Miller, PhD and is a Level II practitioner. This work has been extensively researched and proven useful for insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, as well as general wellbeing. People often report insights and spontaneous resolution of impasses and contradictions.

Carol is a Physical Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher for 17 years, and a Judith Laseter Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher. She has taught several six weeks sessions of iRest Yoga Nidra for the homeless at the COTS shelter as well as a number of classes for the community and for her yoga students. She hopes to bring it to veterans very soon. Her passion is facilitating healing of body, mind and spirit into wholeness.
