Bay City News report

A 19-year-old college student is in critical condition this morning after falling three stories from a Rohnert Park apartment building, according to the city's Department of Public Safety.

The department received a report around 12:50 a.m. of a person who had fallen from the third floor of the Allegro Student Apartments at 8025 Beverly Dr., authorities said.

Officers arrived on the scene within two minutes and located a 19-year-old man who was semi-conscious and suffering from a serious head injury.

Officers and fire personnel administered first aid until paramedics arrived.

The student, identified as Tyler Glenn, was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where he was last listed in critical condition.

Authorities believe the teen's fall "was possibly a result of horseplay and alcohol use," a statement from the Department of Public Safety reads.
