Update: Police Identify Rohnert Park Homicide Victim
The body of a man was found at the Best Western Inn parking lot Friday morning.
Rohnert Park police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found behind the Best Western Inn on Redwood Drive, according to Lt. Patrick Strouse of the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.
The man was shot, police said. His body was found around 8 a.m. Friday. Police identified the body as Kevin C. Craft, 20, of Rohnert Park.
Rohnert Park Public Safety put away one person for murder last year; and that’s rare here according to the numbers. The only other homicide in the last five years was in 2007.
