10:22 a.m. Rachael Royeton, 21, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 600 Rohnert Park Expressway for possession of narcotics, public intoxication and for an outstanding warrant. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

10:51 a.m. Joy Pereira-Raposa, 22, was arreste at 600 Rohnert Park Expressway for possession of narcotics. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

3:54 p.m. John Cantabrana, 18, of Santa Rosa, was cited at 901 Golf Course Dr. for vandalism and possession of a drill with intent to vandalize.
