A brawl that happened in Santa Rosa on June 16 at the Youth Community Park resulted in 10 suspects being arrested. On Thursday night one of the last two suspects turned himself in to authorities; he walked into the Rohnert Park Public Safety Department.

He was then turned over to Santa Rosa authorities and taken to the Sonoma County jail to be booked.

Initial bail was set at $150,000 for Flett. He was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon, a violation of probation, fighting in public, and assault likely to produce great bodily injury. Due to his suspected involvement with gang activity the charges might have additional enhancements at the time of his arraignment.

A disagreement took place at a low-rider car show that then turned into a brawl involving multiple subjects from at least two parties.
