The arrest log only includes arrests and when people are cited beyond normal traffic citations. Monday, Dec 3

8:20 a.m. Melinda Hildebrand, 30, of Santa Rosa, was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence or using a controlled substance at 6145 Commerce Boulevard. She was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

12:50 a.m. Mario Garcia, 30, of Rohnert Park, was cited for a suspicion of a violation of probation at 400 Santa Alicia Drive #82.

8:01 a.m. Francisco Garcia-Hernandez, 31, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at City Center Drive on suspicion of assault domestic violence with injury. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

8:35 a.m. Timothy Miller, 42, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at Calle Roja on suspicion of battery domestic violence on spouse and damage a wireless communication device. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

8:56 a.m. Dale Ostrand, 32, of Cotati, was arrested on suspicion of battery on a person, obstructing or resisting a peace officer, and causing harm or death of an elder or dependent adult at East Cotati Avenue. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

10:35 a.m. Thomas Morlock, 66, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 160 Golf Course Drive on suspicion of DUI with alcohol of .08 percent or greater. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

5:07 p.m. John Mynatt, 51, of Santa Rosa, was cited at 6469 Redwood Drive on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

7:11 p.m. Victor Kunkel, 29, of Rohnert Park, was arrested on suspicion of battery domestic violence on spouse at Arlen Drive. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

 

Saturday, Dec 1

9:09 p.m. Darryl Rossini Jr., 27, of Point Reyes, was arrested at the intersection of Millbrae Avenue and Stony Point Road on suspicion of an outside warrant. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

9:27 p.m. Stefanie VanGuilder, 23, of Petaluma, was arrested on suspicion of an outside warrant at the intersection of Millbrae Avenue and Stony Point Road. She was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

9:45 p.m. Daniel Hillman, 33, of Santa Rosa, was cited at the intersection of Millbrae Avenue and Stony Point Road on suspicion of a violation of probation and possessing of controlled substance paraphernalia.

11:09 p.m. Randy Alejos Sr., 50, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 406 Sonoma Lane on suspicion of public intoxication. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

 

Friday, Nov 30

2:21 a.m. Merena Ivashkevich, 22, of Rohnert Park, was cited at 8700 Lancaster Drive on suspicion of a DUI and a violation of probation.

8:47 a.m. Adel Soliman, 44, of Hayward, was arrested on suspicion of a violation of a domestic violence court order at the intersection of Ava Ave and Santa Alicia Drive. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

3:25 p.m. Christopher Adams, 21, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 4949 Snyder Lane on suspicion of transporting or selling marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, a violation of probation, and a conspiracy to commit a crime. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

3:25 p.m. Joshua Khandrodas, 18, of Novato, was arrested at 4949 Snyder Lane on suspicion of transporting or selling marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, a violation of probation, and a conspiracy to commit a crime. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

3:25 p.m. Jonny Gascalara, 20, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 4949 Snyder Lane on suspicion of transporting or selling marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, a violation of probation, and a conspiracy to commit a crime. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

4:33 p.m. Manuel Jimenez, 47, of Santa Rosa, was cited at 4825 Redwood Drive on suspicion of petty theft-shoplifting.

9:42 p.m. Trevor Daugherty, 27, of Santa Rosa, was cited for suspicion of a violation of probation and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

 

Thursday, Nov 29

12:55 a.m. Kathleen Smith, 43, of Lakeport, was arrested at the intersection of Dowdell Avenue and Golf Course Drive on suspicion of obstructing or resisting a peace officer and a DUI for alcohol of .08 percent. She was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

4:49 p.m. Adam Beltz, 32, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on suspicion of unlicensed sale of hypodermic needle and a violation of probation at 6335 Commerce Boulevard. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.

1:25 p.m. Mark Kahwaty, 43, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 4625 Redwood Drive on suspicion of petty theft - with prior jail time, petty theft - shoplifting, and a violation of probation. He was arrested and booked at the Sonoma County Jail.
