Police Pry Man From Trapped Vehicle that Rolled Over on Labath

It took police 20 minutes to pry the man from the van.

A carpet cleaning van rolled over on Labath Avenue and Park Court at noon Sunday, trapping Potter Valley resident Joshua Reisinger, 42, inside it, Rohnert Park police are reporting.

The van sheared two trees, overturned on its side, and crashed into a third tree, officers said. The van's roof was crushed and the driver was trapped inside. Police said Reisinger is badly injured.

Rohnert Park police used hydraulic tools and cutters to pry Reisinger from the toppled vehicle.

He was transported to the trauma center at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, police said. The extent of his injuries is  still being evaluated, according to Sgt. Dave Welch.

Police said no other vehicles were involved in the collision, and the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
