New Year Yields New Arrests, Citations for Cotati Police Department

Monday, Dec. 31

Cotati Police arrested James E. Lim, 41, of Cotati, on suspicion of petty theft w/prior jail term

Tuesday, Jan. 1

Cotati Police cited Cynthia M. Goodman, 42, of Cotati, on suspicion of under the influence of a controlled substance. 

Cotati Police cited Williams R. Davis, 43, of Santa Rosa, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of probation.

Cotati Police cited James M. Ball, 27, of Cotati, on suspicion of public intoxication and violation of probation.

Cotati Police cited Torrance M. Thomas, 28, of San Leandro, on suspicion of Fail to obey a peace officer, loud outside vehicle amplifier system, and a window violation.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

Cotati Police cited Christina R. Daniels, 36, of Cotati, on suspicion of violation of probation, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

Thursday, Jan. 3

Cotati Police arrested Simon Lopez, 31, of Santa Rosa, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation.

Cotati Police arrested Mark L. Kirby, 56, of Cotati, on suspicion of resisting arrest, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and violation of a restraining order.

Cotati Police arrested Tina M. Schoonover, 47, of Rohnert Park, on suspicion of DUI and driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Friday, Jan. 4

Cotati Police arrested Charles J. Kain-Williams, 20, of Point Reyes, on suspicion of providing a false identification to police and public intoxication.

Cotati Police arrested Scarlett A. Hendrickson, 20, of Sebastopol, on suspicion of public intoxication.

Cotati Police arrested Ronald J. Cahill, 52, of Rohnert Park, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and two outstanding warrants.

Cotati Police arrested John J. Mynatt, 51, of Santa Rosa, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools.

Sunday, Jan. 6

Cotati Police cited Kenneth R. Erick, 43, of Occidental, on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license.
