Local Woman Found Floating in Santa Rosa Apartment Pond

Sixty-six year old woman was arrested in Rohnert Park earlier this year for trespassing at a hotel.

A woman who was found floating in a pond at a Santa Rosa apartment complex this morning has been identified s 66-year-old Stefanie Triliegi, a Sonoma County deputy coroner said.

A resident spotted the woman's body around 9 a.m. in a landscaped lagoon at the Woodlake apartment complex on Woodlake Drive, police Sgt. Eric Goldschlag said.

Police Sgt. Eric Goldschlag said there is no indication of foul play in connection with Triliegi's death, which remains under investigation. Goldschlag said the woman was not a resident of the apartment complex where her corpse was found.

On March 4 of this year, according to Rohnert Park Police logs, Stefanie Triliegi, 65, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 5040 Redwood Dr. for obstruction of justice and trespassing at a hotel. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail. The disposition of those charges is clear at this time.

An autopsy and toxicology tests will be conducted to help determine her cause of death, Goldschlag said.
