Gang Stabbing in Sonoma County Injures Two Teens
An 18-year-old sustained multiple wounds and a 15-year-old also was injured in a rival gang fight outside a market near Verano Avenue and Highway 12.

An 18-year-old victim was assaulted in a gang-related stabbing Monday night in Sonoma County, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to a report of gangs fighting in the parking lot of Vineyard Market, near the intersection of Verano Avenue and state Highway 12 at 9:49 p.m. All parties had dispersed when deputies arrived.
Deputies were alerted that a subject had arrived at Sonoma Valley Hospital with multiple stab wounds.
The Sheriff's detectives' investigation determined that rival gang members had indeed assaulted an 18-year-old victim in front of the Vineyard Market.
A 15-year-old male was also assaulted and sustained minor injuries, according to deputies.
No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation, deputies said.
