Five Rohnert Park Residents Arrested at Country Club Home

Sonoma County Sheriff's Office found at least $150,000 worth of stolen property and "large amount" of drugs.

Five Rohnert Park residents were arrested Monday on the 6000 block of Country Club Drive after police busted what they called a "drug house." In addition to "large amount" of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia found on site, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office also discovered an apparent chop shop.

Patrick Brennan and his wife Cecily led police to the residence after police said they were acting "uncomfortable" by their presence outside Jack in the Box on Commerce Boulevard. The two were arrested on site after officers found drug paraphernalia during a person and vehicle search. The two were on probation, which allowed police to search the house as well.

On site, authorities found three other people living at the Country Club Drive house. In the house police found drugs and approximately $150,000 worth of stolen property, including:

  • A Ford F-350 utility truck that had recently been reported stolen from Beringer Winery. Police said the truck was dismantled and the parts were found in various locations on the property. 
  • A stolen motorcycle that was recently reported stolen to the San Rafael Police Department. This motorcycle was dismantled and the VIN was removed. 
  • Two stolen coke machines and a second stolen motorcycle.
  • Three large backhoe buckets that had been stolen off a job site of Ghilotti Construction. 
  • A stolen trailer and a large diesel generator taken from a construction site in Petaluma, police said. The trailer was dismantled.  

According to Sgt. Michael Raasch, all the property has been identified and returned to their owners.

Among those arrested, are Cecily Brennan, 37, who was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $1,000. Patrick Brennan, 39, who was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of his probation. He has a No Bail hold. Joseph Enriquez, 42, who was arrested for possession of receiving stolen property, maintaining a drug house and being under the influence of drugs. His bail was set at $10,000. David Deringer, 32, who was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of his probation. His bail was set at $20,000. Hedi Rosen, 48, who was arrested for receiving stolen property, maintaining a drug house and being under the influence of drugs. Her bail was set at $10,000.

Sheriff's office detectives also arrested two Santa Rosa residents who were found on site taking stolen items from the property. They are Brain Bashcherini, 48, and Dale McNamara, 47. Their bail was set at $10,000.
