Cotati Police arrested Gena M. Burgess, 36, of Richmond, on suspicion of possesstion of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic, driving with a suspended or revoked license and a misdeamenor warrant. The location of the arrest was the 7800 block of Old Redwood Highway.
