Cotati Arrest Log: Jan. 16-22

Sunday, Jan. 22

3:05 a.m. christina Daniels, 35, of Cotati, was cited at 21 Dyquisto Way in cotati for violation of probation.

7:04 p.m. Richard Hall, 49, of Sunnyvale, was arrested on Hwy. 116 for public intoxication. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Saturday, Jan. 21

12:35 p.m. Flavia Neumann, 63, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at the intersection of East Cotat Avenue and Redwood Highway for multiple felonies, including possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence, causing bodily injury. She was also arrested for child endangerment. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Friday, Jan. 20

9:56 a.m. Edward Rosemon, 29, of Cotati, was arrested on Larch Avenue for felony aggravated assault and felony child cruelty. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Thursday, Jan. 19

No arrests.

Wednesday, Jan. 18

12:40 a.m. Anthony Varcados, 44, of Cotati, was cited at 1165 Montgomery Dr. in Santa Rosa for driving under teh influence and violation of probation.

Tuesday, Jan. 17

Allen Ergenbright, 31, of Penngrove, was cited at 7888 Old Redwood Hwy. for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

12:55 p.m. Ricki Thiele, 43, of Rohnert Park, was cited at the intersection of Hwy. 116 and Old Redwood Highway for driving under the influence.

Monday, Jan. 16

Marcial Garfia-Cavillo, 27, of Santa Rosa, was cited at Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 116 for driving without a license, no proof of insurance and failing to stop at a red light.

Amanda Scruggs, 24, of Rohenrt Park, was cited at Hwy. 116 and Old Redwood Highway for violation of probation, driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.
