Moving Meditation Retreat | Buddhist, Daoist and Confucian Traditions

CULTIVATING THE HEART OF SILENCE

Dear friends, we invite you to our second annual retreat this August 11-17 in El Cerrito-Berkeley.  Do to several requests, we have now also made it available as a 5 Day retreat fromAugust 13-17 and a 3 Day retreat from August 15-17

The retreat is open to all levels of experience. There will be a variety of practice settings including moving meditative, strong energy transformation, contemplation and group healing sessions. We will modify the practices to suit levels of physical ability. We are offering:

  • The first method of moving meditation to connect to the energetic manifestations of the present moment

  • The second method of moving meditation, practice to unite Body and Mind

  • Aspects of the third method of moving and singing meditation, the 5 Element Organ Phases and Sounds

  • Basic exercises now including Zhineng Taiji to release the spinal column and peripheral nervous system

  • Healing groups (Fa Qi)

  • As intended by Dr. Pang, we will focus on cultivating our conscious contact with conscience, otherwise known as the Dao. This will include special practices with this higher principle in mind, and is the most practical way of bringing qigong science into our daily life.
