Last Chance: Art Exhibit, Biggest Easter Egg Hunt and More!

Our new "Last Chance" feature lets you know about important deadlines from April 2-8.

1. This is week is the last chance to enjoy the free art exhibit at the Rohnert Park-Cotati Regional Library. From Tuesday through Friday, from noon to 6 p.m., as well as Saturday from noon to 3 p.m., don't miss your chance to enjoy a free viewing of art from local Sonoma County artists. Purchase prints and vote on your favorite!

2. Dodgeball! Monday is the day for the Adult Dodgeball League Registration. Sign ups are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — so get down to Callinan Sports and Fitness Center. It is $100 per team to join the league which is for men and co-ed teams — ages 16 and up. There will be seven weeks of league play followed by playoffs.

3. Live music at the Tradewinds keeps going happening Monday nights! Last Monday, blues legend Johnny Rawls hit the stage. Who is going to be there this Monday night? Pop on down at 9 p.m. and find out before you miss out.

4. The Beat Meters are making a brief appearance at North Light Cafe & Books Thursday night to perform as part of the Thursday happy hour series. There is always an open mic from 5:30 p.m. to 8:45, followed The Beat Meters. You bring yourself, the band will bring their style of jazz/funk to your ears starting at 9:30 p.m.

5. The biggest Easter egg hunt in Sonoma County happens on Saturday at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa at 1 p.m. There will be 10,000 Easter eggs, jump houses and carnival games. You need to pre-register at 12:30 p.m. because there will be four age-appropriate egg hunts. It is totally free and you might break a Guinness World Record for the most people dying Easter Eggs at one time!
