1. Lets Talk about the Weather! We will definitely have it easy this week in Rohnert Park. The National Weather Service is reporting partly cloudy weather early this week, mostly sunny through Sunday, with temperatures in the high 60's and lows around 40. The clouds should disappear mid-week but that will also cause temperatures to dip a few degrees. Overall it will be spectacular weather to get things done!

3. This Week's Events:

• School starts back up for the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District as well as Sonoma State University.
• Don't forget about the great offerings at the Rohnert Park Regional Library, including Wiggle Time at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday for the 1-2 year olds, Reading to a Dog on Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and preschool storytime for the 3-5 year olds on Friday at 10:30 a.m.
• For the holidays, drop off unwrapped toys for children on Thursday for Toys for Tots. Stop by Edward Jones at 101 Golf Course Drive, Suite 2 at 10 a.m. to make a contribution.
• There will be a "Girls on the Run" 5K fun run/walk this Saturday at 9 a.m. starting at the Community Center. There is still time to register for this event that helps make a difference in the lives of girls everywhere. .

4. Upcoming Events:

• Tickets are on sale until this Wednesday for the Chamber of Commerce's annual Crab Feed that will be held on Jan. 7. Advanced tickets are only $45 with tickets purchased in December jumping to $50.
• Next week holiday fest in Cotati starts Dec. 7 and runs till to the 10th. Visit the Cotati Chamber for more information.

5.  Patch Tip of the Week: Get a jump on your outdoor chores now! With dry weather it is a great time to clean out gutters and drains along with cleaning up from our long lasting Fall.
