Developed in appreciation for the community they love, and with a desire to support local nonprofits making positive change, the 5% Back program has already supported the following organizations:

The KB Properties 5% Back program is available to all KB Properties’ clients. Upon the closing of each real estate transaction, 5% of the KB Properties agent’s commission will be donated to the client’s favorite, local, non-profit organization.
