Apple Certified Technician position: Full time, or Part time with Full Time potential

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot hardware & software issues on the full line of Apple desktops, MacBooks, and other Apple products. 

Determine most cost effective solution to minimize customer cost & downtime. 

Track Time, Log daily activities and document solutions

Must be detail oriented and organized and able to maintain order with tools & in entire workspace



REQUIREMENTS: 

Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Training (ACMT) 

Strong Macintosh Diagnosing Skills & Excellent Manual Dexterity a Must

Programming Knowledge a Plus: UNIX, C++, Java
