North Bay Restaurant Stars Scored for New Graton Casino
Healdsburg's former Cyrus chef Doug Keane, others choose Graton Casino venue over options in Napa Valley, elsewhere.
A bevy of North Bay caterers, restaurateurs, chefs and other food vendors are signing on at the new Graton Resort & Casino near Rohnert Park, according to the Press Democrat.
The newspaper reports that among the group of new eateries at the casino will be DK Wings, operated by chef Douglas Keane and partner Nick Peyton. The pair had run Healdsburg's Michelin-two-starred restaurant Cyrus for seven years before closing it in November.
Also included is an organic ice cream shop featuring Three Twins Ice Cream, a brand started in Petaluma, the newspaper said.
