Described as the best animated film since Toy Story, it screens at Warren Theater at 7:30pm. $5.

On Sunday, head out to Redwood Café in Cotati to hear some of the best songwriters in Sonoma County perform their work. Participants include with Jill Cohn, Alison Harris, Sebastian Nau, of the The Highway Poets and Alan Watt.

The line up promises a night of excellent songs that will move you in all ways imaginable. 6pm. 8240 Old Redwood Highway. $8.

The writer acknowledges no "cost" to the local community for its globalized retailing.Read More Walmart produces some jobs, and undercuts jobs at other local employers who can't compete with those low prices. THINK globally, but ACT locally! Purchase from those who keep more dollars in our community! That ain't Walmart!
