Families of all ages and seniors are welcome to this free event on Sat., Oct. 5, and the $7 pancake breakfast which starts at 9am.
Receive flu shots, diabetes and blood pressure testing, nutrition information, and fitness demonstrations, along with information on home care and assisted living facilities.
There will also be a focus on safety and disaster planning.
Games and raffles will be part of the day's activities.
